Title says it all really :)

This was originally going to be a pinup pic of Velma Dinkley from Scooby Doo (hence the hair and glasses). However she didn't look right in the clothes I drew.

Instead I scrapp(ydappydoo!)ed the Velma idea and turned her into a Nerdy Burlesque Queen. And bastardised some Katy Perry lyrics while I was at it.

Oh and those are Heart-shaped tassels poking out there, not deformed nipples.

Hand drawn in pen/ink.

i still see the velma. if you used the orange/green colors it would have totally sold the "velma". that being said, she got some of daphne's purple going on, so maybe she's trying to out pretty the pretty girl but ends up slutty. probly trying to hit shaggy with it couse she don't fell confident enough to go after fred... wow, a picture is worth 1000 words!
