My half of a collaboration with 
who is going to turn this into a Manga/Anime wallpaper.
I would have posted the finished collab image but I have a strict "No Anime" policy with my DA account hence it looking as it does.
Anyway this isn't intended to be a realistic picture of Tokyo's immense skyline, only to represent the city. Hope you all like and I'll post the link to the finished image as soon as Zodi does his bit.
