Well, after a long, long, loooong wait for LittleBigPlanet...

And then another two weeks after a delay...

It finally came out here in the UK.

So I put it in my beloved PS3 when I got home, waited even longer for a new system update and longer still for the new LBP game updates...

And after playing for a couple of minutes I fell in love! The cheeky tutorial by Stephen Fry, the Sackboy's facial expressions, it's so cute! I couldn't wait to get past the rest of the tutorial and start creating!

Only I got to the sticker tutorial and the game crashed. So I turned it off and on again. Hang on a sec, where's the disc icon? Try a different game. Shit, nothing there either. How about a Blu-Ray film? Nope. CD? Go home boy.

I don't fucking believe this. After waiting pretty much a year and a half to play LittleBigPlanet (even longer than Manhunt 2) I've now got to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS while my PS3 is being repaired.

Fuck you Sony for making shitty parts that fuck up after less than a year's use. Fuck you Sony for not backing an otherwise awesome console in general. Fuck You Sony for every delay I've had to endure for the best games. FUCK!!!

i bought my ps3 after i was assured it could play my ps2 games. they lied. now because games are stupidly priced i have a very expensive dvd player, that wont let me store music files of pictures on it. i hate my ps3

And that is why, though I'm a slut for Sony and love my PS1 and PS2 to absolute death, I will probably never get a PS3.... at least not until they fix a bunch of shit and make it worth my hard-earned gil.

I play my PS3 3 hours a day sometimes and nothing ever happens to it. I guess i have to watch out for that problem... I have an old PS3 too... 20 gigs with backwards capability and I've beet Final Fantasy X, Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3, & 4, Final Fantasy XII, and Final Fantasy VII with only one time it froze. Also i bought mine used for $200 plus games.

"Fuck" is, like, the best word ever, is it not? Whether you're extremely pissed, a little annoyed or have just stubbed your toe on the edge of the couch, "Fuck!" can never be an innappropriate response.

Unless there's a seven-and-a-half year-old in the room.
